1. Your Dedicated Server

When you use Erem AI, you receive a dedicated, isolated server completely separate from all other clients. Your documents, queries, and responses exist only in your server. Complete isolation. Zero data sharing. Non-negotiable.

2. Your Data Ownership

• Documents: You retain full ownership. We claim no rights to your files.
• Responses: All AI-generated answers belong to you. Never used to train models.
• Export: Download all your data anytime, anywhere, in any format.

3. How We Store Your Data

• Primary: Your dedicated, encrypted server (OVH infrastructure, geographically optimized).
• Backups: Encrypted copies in USA or India (your choice), daily at 12 AM UTC. You can opt-out.
• In Transit: Military-grade encryption for all data movement.

4. AI Processing & Third Parties

When we use AI models (OpenAI, Google, DeepInfra, etc.), your prompts are sent securely and never stored by those providers. Responses immediately return to your server. Your documents are never used to train any model. Zero data leakage.

5. What We Don't Collect

• ❌ Usage patterns or search history
• ❌ Query logs or behavioral analytics
• ❌ Metadata about your team's activities
• ❌ Information for training models

What we do collect: Server status, uptime metrics, security logs (for your protection).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you don't have rights to use
• Attempt unauthorized access to your server or other clients' servers
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Share account credentials
• Attack or reverse-engineer our infrastructure

7. Service Reliability

Your dedicated server runs 24/7 with enterprise monitoring and support. In rare hardware failures, encrypted backups restore your data within hours. You always have a recovery path.

8. Legal Requests & Government Access

If law enforcement requests your data, we require valid legal process (warrant, court order, subpoena). We will attempt to notify you unless legally prohibited. We will not voluntarily share your data with anyone.

9. Account Deletion

Delete your account anytime. All your documents are removed from your server within 30 days. Encrypted backups deleted simultaneously. This is permanent unless you have your own independent backup.

10. Limitation of Liability

Erem AI is provided "as-is." While we implement extensive security, we don't guarantee 100% uptime or zero data loss. Maintain your own backups. We have liability insurance but are not responsible for indirect damages from service interruption (except gross negligence).

11. Compliance & Regulations

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and all applicable data protection laws. Your data rights are always respected. We're transparent about how we operate.

12. Changes to Terms

We'll notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
